the house consists of the main living space with dining area, kitchen and pantry; living/tv area in a loft style room with a guest cloakroom. there is a large deck on the southwest with a view over the ocean. on the main leve, there is one double bedroom en suite with shower; one smaller double bedroom en suite with jacuzzi bathtub and one en suite twin bedroom.

on the lower level there is the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and jacuzzi bathtub and a further en suite twin bedroom, all rooms face the ocean. there is a large laundry room and lots of storage, aswell as areas for staff dining. a generous and beautifully planted tropical garden leads down from the parking area to the sea and the main swimming pool.
